Voted Most Likely To (Part II)

Future Scientists?
"Psst, Zachary. I think you forgot something."

Future Scientists?
"Bottle, Base, Bowl, Baster, Book..."

Future Scientists?
"Oops, eye protection!"

Future Scientists?
Please tell me they aren't trying to build a bottle rocket!

Dog Blog Post #693: Yup - that's my Zachary. Voted most likely to use his brains. At least it gave me a chance to get a picture for Scavenge Challenge "7. Represent a science (physics, chemistry, biology, etc.) or scientific method in an image.", although I'm not quite sure which science nor method is being illustrated!

Of course, all of that is old news. Or at least yesterday's challenge.

Today's Daily Dog Challenge was...

201. Natural Backdrop - Take a photo of your dog today with some kind of natural backdrop!

Unfortunately, I was a bit low on "natural", and a few struggling roses was the best that I could round up.

Double Trouble

The shot fairs a bit better as a response to...

Our Daily Challenge - May 19, 2012 - "Make Mine a Double"

I'm always a bit surprised at the number of people who have difficulty telling the boys apart.

Yes, they are related.

(In human terms, I believe they would be second cousins once removed, with Zachary (left) being about 2 years older than Henry.)

And yes, this is without doubt the view where they look the most alike, as any other angle would bring out the differences in their coats (Henry's coat is thicker and more unruly) and size (Zachary is a bit smaller with a more athletic build.)

While closing their mouths would hide the Treat Spot that makes Zachary instantly identifiable, it would show that Zachary has a longer muzzle.

In profile, they are completely different.

I was going to say 'most likely to make trouble'. Glad it was a better use of his creative energy.

As usual great photos.

I adore Zachary's science experiment! That is brilliant!

I sometimes have to look closely, especially if I can't see their faces straight on, but I always notice Henry's eyebrows and his head is broader. And Zachary always looks more serious to me! :)
