Monday Morning

Monday Morning
Zachary: "Shhh... she's coming."

Boys! Time to get up!

Monday Morning

Wait a minute... two of those stuffies are blinking...

Monday Morning
Zachary: "Awww, mom. Just ONE more minute..."
Henry: "Hour"
Zachary: "... in our nice warm bed?"

Daily Dog Challenge "448. Keeping Warm"

… in bed with all their buddies.

Editor's Note: This was a surprisingly simple shoot - at least I was surprised.

I started by gathering as many stuffies as I could carry and plopping them down on the sofa so they would be close. Jungle Kitty (the BIG stuffie) was put smack dab in the the middle of the pillows, then I let the dogs out in, and watched as they flopped them down exactly as you see here.

I gave them a few cookies, told them to stay, then scurried over to the sofa to grab a few stuffies, and then a few more, and then a few more...

The boys didn't move.  The pile kept growing. Soon all the stuffies were snuggled into place.

After a shot or two I realized Henry should have his blankie, and then I finished out the shoot.

That's eight shots with the boys.

During that time (3 minutes and 15 seconds - I just checked) the only movement was Zachary's head.

Something's Missing

Wait... is something missing???

I love those shots! It's not terribly motivating for me this morning, though, with it being thirteen below with the wind chill. I'd like to go back to bed right about now after seeing the boys!

LOL... great photos! My childhood dog used to sleep under a pile of stuffed animals all the time, so this post really brought a smile to my face. :)
