International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day

Close your eyes, boys.

I have a special treat for you tonight!

Zachary: "Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!"

Now you can look, but you can't eat them.

"But…"

"But… but… but..."

Zachary: "You really do hate us, don't you?"
Henry: "Momma, not fair!"

Dog Blog Post #1337

For International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day (who knew?) I created Layers of Cookies and Peanut Butter for the boys.

Yum!

And yes, of course they got to eat them as soon as I was done shooting.

That's a Toy?

Henry: "Guess what I have…." (whisper whisper whisper)

Zachary: "Share?"

Zachary: "It's got to be here somewhere."
Henry: "Hey, no tickling!"

Zachary: "Found it!"

Henry: "It's mine!"

Dog Blog Post #1336

Who are we to decide what is and isn't a Toy?

Here, Henry Motivated Zachary to play a game Bitey-Face by waving this scrap of cardboard around as I was setting up for the shoot.

This wasn't what I had intended on shooting for the challenges, but its spontaneity won me over in the end.

Canine Olympic Skiing 2018

The determined veteran

The cocky young upstart

Zachary: "You'll never catch me, pup!"

Henry: "Eat my snow, old dog."

Dog Blog Post #1335

Alpine Skiing first appeared as an Olympic sport in 1936 with just 2 events - the Men's and Women's Combined.

Today, there are 10 events - 5 each for Men's and Women's (Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super-G, and Super Combined)

Looks like the boys are hoping they'll add a Canine category for 2018!

Here's Zachary, looking the part of the determined veteran.
